Our standard venue experience accommodates up to 200 guests, with the option to expand your celebration to 400 guests.

garman Hill weddings are designed to elevate your wedding day with comfort, style, and unforgettable moments. our premium spaces are for couples who want an elevated celebration and guest experience.

For couples who want to extend the experience beyond the ceremony and reception, our Luxe Poolside Party is an elevated add-on designed for gathering, cocktails, and celebrating beneath the open sky.

Picture your guests arriving poolside for cocktails before the ceremony—or transitioning to the pool after the formalities for an evening of music, drinks, conversation, and celebration.

With the sparkling pool, open sky, expansive landscape, and modern ranch setting as your backdrop, the Pool Patio creates a completely different atmosphere within the same property.

Perfect for:

  • A poolside cocktail hour before the ceremony
  • A post-ceremony celebration before dinner
  • Sunset cocktails and hors d'oeuvres

The Luxe Poolside Party is available April - October as as add-on to your experience.

EVENT FACILITY

Thoughtfully designed and filled with natural light, the 1,000-square-foot Event Facility gives your celebration a refined indoor space while keeping you connected to the experience happening throughout the Hill.

The space is divided into two thoughtfully connected areas: a spacious main room and an additional vendor preparation area. The main room provides a comfortable place for the wedding parties to get ready, gather, and enjoy the anticipation of the day, while the adjoining preparation space gives your vendors room to work behind the scenes.

Large windows bring in stunning natural light, creating beautiful conditions for photography and capturing special moments.

After booking, couples receive our Preferred Vendor LIST, featuring DESIGNERS, planners, FLORISTS, DJ'S AND other trusted event professionals to help you build your team.

VENDOR services are contracted directly with the professional you choose, and you are always welcome to hire outside of our preferred vendor list.

Want a little extra support along the way?

Garman Hill gives you the freedom to choose the professionals who are right for your celebration. While hiring a planner or coordinator is entirely optional, some couples appreciate having an experienced professional help organize the details, coordinate vendors, or oversee the flow of the wedding day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your rental provides access to our designated event spaces and included amenities; you are free to assemble the professional team that best fits your celebration. Catering, rentals, florals, entertainment, photography, planning, coordination, and other event services are arranged directly by the client. We provide a Preferred Vendor Guide after booking, but you are always welcome to choose your own vendors.

What is not included in the venue rental?

Garman Hill can host events with up to 400 guests. Our standard packages are designed for 50 to 200 guests, with the option to add additional guests for an extra fee.
Please note that our Micro Petite Package is limited to 50 guests maximum.

How many guests can the venue accommodate?

Yes! The Security/Damage Deposit is refundable as long as all rules are followed, no damage occurs and the event ends on time. Any breach of contract will change the deposit to nonrefundable.

Are the damage deposits refundable?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date at Garman Hill. The deposit amount is $1,250 will be applied toward your total package cost. We recommend reviewing our full cancellation policy at the time of booking, as it outlines all terms and conditions regarding date changes and refunds.

 What is your deposit and cancellation policy?

Absolutely! At time of booking, we will provide a list of preferred vendors that have worked on the Hill previously, but you are welcome to bring your own vendors to personalize your day. All vendors must comply with venue rules and guidelines for the care of the property, safety and liability insurance. We will coordinate with all vendors to ensure a seamless wedding day.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes! During April - October we have an extra large 2 acre grass field available to accommodate your guests comfortably.  During winter our parking is limited to gravel parking lot and road.

Is there on-site parking available for guests?

Yes! The Guest Suite and Saloon are available based on the package you choose. Both are private, beautifully appointed spaces designed for your wedding party to prepare and relax before the celebration.

Are there getting-ready spaces for the wedding party?

Event hours are 11am - 11pm
Amplified music is off by 10:00pm Friday and Saturday to respect local noise ordinances and ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors. 9:00pm Sunday - Thursday
