Your rental will include the property as noted by which package you book. What is not included are your linens, table settings, decor, florals, catering, and more.
What is not included in the venue rental?
Garman Hill can host events with up to 400 guests. Our standard packages are designed for 50 to 200 guests, with the option to add additional guests for an extra fee.
Please note that our Micro Petite Package is limited to 50 guests maximum.
How many guests can the venue accommodate?
Yes! The Security/Damage Deposit is refundable as long as all rules are followed, no damage occurs and the event ends on time. Any breach of contract will change the deposit to nonrefundable.
Are the damage deposits refundable?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date at Garman Hill. The deposit amount is $1,250 will be applied toward your total package cost. We recommend reviewing our full cancellation policy at the time of booking, as it outlines all terms and conditions regarding date changes and refunds.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
Absolutely! At time of booking, we will provide a list of preferred vendors that have worked on the Hill previously, but you are welcome to bring your own vendors to personalize your day. All vendors must comply with venue rules and guidelines for the care of the property, safety and liability insurance. We will coordinate with all vendors to ensure a seamless wedding day.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes! During April - October we have an extra large 2 acre grass field available to accommodate your guests comfortably. During winter our parking is limited to gravel parking lot and road.
Is there on-site parking available for guests?
Yes! The Guest Suite and Saloon are available based on the package you choose. Both are private, beautifully appointed spaces designed for your wedding party to prepare and relax before the celebration.
Are there getting-ready spaces for the wedding party?
Event hours are 11am - 11pm
Amplified music is off by 10:00pm Friday and Saturday to respect local noise ordinances and ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors. 9:00pm Sunday - Thursday
