Your rental will include a choice of north or south lawn on our 11 acres of beautifully maintained grounds, power hookups (110 & 220), onsite parking, a 1.5 -hour rehearsal window, and a dedicated onsite venue manager. Additional amenities such as chairs, tables, tents, bridal and groom suites, and overnight accommodations may be included.
Garman Hill can host events with up to 450 guests. Our standard packages are designed for 50 to 200 guests, with the option to add additional guests for an extra fee.
Please note that our Micro Package is limited to 50 guests maximum.
Yes! The Security/Damage Deposit is refundable as long as all rules are followed, no damage occurs and the event ends on time. Any breach of contract will change the deposit to nonrefundable.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date at Garman Hill. The deposit amount depends on the package you choose and will be applied toward your total package cost. We recommend reviewing our full cancellation policy at the time of booking, as it outlines all terms and conditions regarding date changes and refunds.
Absolutely! At time of booking, we will provide a list of preferred vendors that have worked on the Hill previously, but you are welcome to bring your own vendors to personalize your day. All vendors must comply with venue rules and guidelines for the care of the property, safety and insurance. We will coordinate with all vendors to ensure a seamless wedding day.
Yes, an ample 2 acres of onsite parking is available to accommodate your guests comfortably.
Yes! You may add the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Saloon to your base package — private, beautifully appointed spaces designed for your wedding party to prepare and relax before the celebration.
Rentals must end by 11:45pm with music off by 10:00 PM to respect local noise ordinances and ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.
