You may also bring your own wedding planner and vendors. All vendors must have Liability Insurance and if serving alcohol must have a licensed bartender and Alcohol Liability Insurance. Remember, at Garman Hill it's Your Love, Your Way - Always! We will coordinate with all vendors to ensure a seamless wedding day.

  • Yes! As long as all rules are followed, no damage occurs and the event ends on time, renter will receive full deposit back within 2 weeks by a mailed bank check.

  • Not at this time. We’ll work with your chosen equipment vendors to ensure seamless communication. Need assistance in choosing Vendors? We provide our booked couples with a Preferred Vendors List. Remember, this is your love story, and we’re here to support your vision.

  • Of course! However, the ordinance requires all music done by 11pm Fridays and Saturdays.

  • Yes. We do allow alcohol for events at Garman Hill. A licensed bartender is required to serve the alcohol along with a Liquor Liability Insurance.

  • Yes, all events are required to purchase liability insurance, and all events serving alcohol are required to add coverage specifically for alcohol. Insurance is required in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Liquor Liability must be included with events serving alcohol.

  • Absolutely! You can design your wedding as you wish while maintaining the natural surroundings and not damaging structures, trees or lawn. All decor must be removed during clean up. Also, in order to protect our natural surroundings we do not allow cold sparklers, sparklers, or paper products for ceremony celebrations. Bubbles, flower pedals, Zamzows no-grow bird seed are okay. All celebration products need written approval.

  • Yes. You or your wedding planner are responsible for take down, storing of all tables/chairs, and taking out the garbage. Additional time by Garman Hill for any additional garbage collection or cleaning will be charged to the renter and deducted from the damage deposit. Clean-up time must be included in the rental time which concludes at midnight.

  • Please refer to our Garman Hill Packages for either a single day rental or our Premier Weekend Package. We’ve arranged through our preferred wedding planners Exclusive Packages which offer additional services and vendors with discounts saving you money.

  • Garman Hill’s vast and jawdropping view creates a lifetime memory for you and your guests. You are also inviting Mother Nature to your wedding! Please plan ahead for inclement weather just in case - your tent rental company can help with this and normally includes a Plan B.

  • If you choose to invite children or want to include a pet in your ceremony, please discuss this with us. Please keep in mind when deciding who to invite, we have water hazards and there is no fencing.

  • On the day of event you will have 10am-midnight. We work and coordinate with your vendors for access before and after for set up and tear down. No worries! We want your day to be flawless.

  • Yes. We prefer to work with our preferred vendors who are knowledgeable and highly recommended for Garman Hill. While we allow external vendors, we do have a few guidelines which include Certificate of Liability Insurance, professionalism and respect for our venue and other guests, adherence to the agreed-upon timelines, and first-time vendors must schedule a property tour no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. This will ensure they can properly plan for set up. If you are serving alcohol, we require a licensed bartender with additional liability insurance. Remember, this is your love story, and we’re here to support your vision! Feel free to reach out to us with any specific questions or to discuss your vendors further.
